One of my bets today goes to Women's World Cup semi final.
Highlight of group stages:
JAPAN
2 WINS - 2:1 New Zeland (24 FIFA ranking), 4:0 Mexico (22)
1 LOST - 0:2 England (10)

SWEDEN
3 WINS - 1:0 Colombia (31), 1:0 Korea DPR (8), 2:1 USA (1)
Goal diff. 4:1
Quarterfinal:
JAPAN vs. GERMANY (2) 1:0 in overtime
/>Sure result of this game was surprise for all. Despite of fact that Germany controlled game ( for example total shots: 9:23) home team just couldn't score. Honestly Germany didn't look so shape in this World Cup as we use to see them. Japan just waited for their chance and got it.
SWEDEN - AUSTRALIA (11) 3:1
In interesting soccer game Sweden won game against good team Australia. Sweden showed excellent understanding on the field and honestly Australia should be lucky allowing only 3 goals. Sweden looked much stronger in this game.
CONCLUSION AND PREDICTION:
I have seen both teams last 2 games and for me one thing is clear: Sweden is main pretender for title in this World Cup. Game by game Sweden plays better and better and looks that teams coaches have made very good plan for getting best form/performance for their players. Japan in those last 2 games didn't look so sharp and team is slowing down - players not so fast anymore and attacking fire is very poor. Japan should be very happy to be in semi-final and i really don't see this team make final.
For me Sweden is favourite in this game as team now showing very good/attacking soccer. Due to current form and attacking power it will be big surprise if Sweden won't win tonight. Japan already made good run in this World Cup, but team looks out of fuel for reaching better result.
